Credit Committee
The Credit Committee meets on a quarterly basis to review Starnews Credit Union's lending decisions to ensure that members' deposits are being utilized to create income at an
acceptable risk.

Audit Committee
Pursuant to Bill 134 of the Credit Unions and Caisse Populaires Act, 1994, which came into force on March 1, 1995, the Board of Directors of Starnews Credit Union established an Audit Committee comprised of a minimum of four (4) members of the Board of Directors. They meet on a quarterly basis to carry out their duties as defined in the Act, and as stipulated in the Starnews Credit Union's policies and procedures.
